ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in networking to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, deploying, securing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and high performance across the organization. This role involves both hands-on technical support and infrastructure engineering, with a focus on network security, systems management, and end-user support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring Employees computer systems, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, software, backup, network infrastructure, and other IT devices.
- Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, load balancers to ensure high availability and secure access.
- Manage and support servers (Windows/Linux), virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V), and storage systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, networking, or hardware issues.
- Monitor and Manage the Backups, Antivirus & Email Security
- Work closely with corporate-IT teams to deploy new technologies and services.
- Maintain accurate records of support activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in desktop support or a similar technical support role.
- Experience with security tools (firewalls, endpoint protection, ZTNA, MFA).
- Knowledge of M365, Manage Engine, Active Directory, Group Policy, and other Windows Server roles and features.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
