1. Purpose of the Job

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's IT operations, infrastructure, and

systems to ensure they align with business objectives and deliver reliable and efficient technology

services. The IT Manager collaborates with various departments to provide technical solutions that

support the organization's growth and operational needs. The IT Manager is also responsible for

leveraging their expertise in ERP systems, Microsoft 365 Dynamics, integration skills, change

management, workflow automation, and website/domain management to drive technological

advancements within the organization. This role aims to enhance business processes, facilitate

collaboration, and optimize operational efficiency through effective technology solutions.

2. Required Education, Certifications, and Experience

1. Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's

degree preferred.

2. Knowledge

In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, with experience in implementing and optimizing

business processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Dynamics, including customization for CRM and ERP purposes.

Skilled in using Microsoft apps within Microsoft Workspace for team collaboration and

workflow optimization.

Expertise in integrating tools such as HubSpot, Gira, reporting dashboards, and Asana for

data synchronization.

Change management principles and experience in overseeing transitions and training.

Proficiency in designing and implementing automated workflows to improve efficiency.

Understanding of website functionality, domain management, and security.

3. Experience:

Proven 5-7 years of experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise

in ERP implementation, integration, and workflow automation.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Dynamics customization and usage.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Workspace applications and their effective utilization.

Experience with integrating various tools and platforms to ensure data consistency.

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to address technical challenges.

Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration and user training.

Strong project management abilities to oversee complex technology initiatives.

Job Description

Job Title: IT Manager

Essential Functions, Duties, And Responsibilities

Develop and Implement IT Strategies in line with the Organization goals.

Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization's

operations.

Oversee the maintenance, upgrade, and optimization of the organization's IT infrastructure,

including servers, networks, and hardware.

Ensure security measures are in place to safeguard the organization's data and systems.

Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within

budget.

Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.

Escalate complex problems to appropriate team members and ensure timely resolution.

Define project scope, objectives, and resource requirements.

Evaluate and select third-party vendors and service providers.

Tailor Microsoft Dynamics for CRM and ERP according to organizational needs.

Utilize Microsoft apps for enhanced team collaboration and workflow optimization.

Integrate tools such as HubSpot, Gira, Gecko board, and Asana to ensure data consistency.

Oversee tool transitions with an emphasis on training and minimal disruption.

Design and implement automated workflows to enhance efficiency.

Manage the functionality, security, and performance of the organization's website and

domains.

Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure security and

compliance, data privacy and protection of sensitive information.

Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.

Oversee the technical attainment process of app developer licenses, ensuring compliance

with relevant regulations and guidelines

Implement and maintain email whitelisting protocols, including DKIM authentication, to

enhance email deliverability and security

Provide oversight of onsite LAN/WLAN setup for event days, ensuring reliable network

connectivity and security measures are in place

4. Principal Accountabilities

Ensure ERP systems are effectively integrated into business processes.

Customize Microsoft Dynamics to align with CRM and ERP requirements.

Optimize team collaboration through Microsoft apps and tools.

Establish seamless integration across various platforms using integration tools.

Manage smooth tool transitions while minimizing operational disruption.

Enhance operational efficiency through automated workflow implementation.

Oversee the functionality and security of the organization's website and domains.

5. Reporting Lines and Decision Making

The IT Manager reports to the Head of Finance and Operations and is responsible for leading

technology-related initiatives, making decisions regarding ERP implementation, integration strategies,

workflow automation, and website management. Collaborates with the Strategy and Operations

teams to ensure technology solutions align with organizational goals and enhance operational

processes.

7. Physical Demands and Travel

Job Description

Job Title: IT Manager

90% of the time is spent in the office environment involving limited standing and walking to interact

with internal contacts, and 10% of the time is spent travelling to third party meetings held outside the

office by land and occasionally by air.

8. Work Environment

Tangible environment (Physical): 90% of the time is spent in clean air-conditioned environment

(Mainly HQ), and 10% of the time is spent outside in the prevailing climatic conditions and in

travelling on land and air.

Intangible environment: Client is known for having a professional, friendly and approachable and

performance-based environment that promotes and endorses excellence and training. All

9. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Corporate Business days and hours of work are Monday through

Thursday, starting anytime between 8:00 am to 9:00 am to 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. 32 hours per week.

Some overtime hours may be required as job duties demand.

10. Work Authorization / Security Clearance (If applicable)

This position can be on a dependents visa with work permit or on employment visa subject to approval by

labor department and immigration.
