We are seeking experienced IT Project Coordinators to support the planning, coordination, and tracking of IT-related project activities. The role involves working closely with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are executed efficiently and within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring IT project activities.
- Track project progress, deliverables, and dependencies using project management tools.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Coordinate between technical and business teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks, and escalate them proactively.
- Support resource planning and task allocation for ongoing projects.
- Ensure adherence to internal project management standards and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in IT project coordination or project support roles.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software project lifecycles.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or other project tracking tools.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
