Responsibilities

• Conduct risk management, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all projects adhere to the best technical practices and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate project expectations, updates, and results to stakeholders regularly.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and follow up on action items.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and introduce cost-effective solutions.
• Utilize project management software to monitor and track project milestones accurately.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager with excellent track record.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in using project management tools like MS Project and Jira.
• Ability to lead and manage cross-functional project teams successfully.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking with attention to detail.
