About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Representative to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting IT solutions and services to new and existing customers across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the UAE and GCC markets.
Identify, prospect, and build relationships with potential clients in various industries.
Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions (software, hardware, cloud, networking, SaaS, API integrations, payments solutions, or managed services).
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM systems with accurate information.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure smooth coordination for product or service delivery.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
3+ years of proven experience in IT Sales, preferably in the Dubai/UAE market.
Experience in SaaS sales, web sales, API integration, payments solutions, and vendor management.
Strong knowledge of IT products and solutions (software, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, managed services, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships and handle B2B sales.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic proficiency is an added advantage.
