What You Will Do
- Monitor and maintain all IT systems, networks, and equipment across the resort.
- Provide first-line technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Set up and maintain workstations, POS systems, servers, and guest-facing technologies.
- Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and Four Seasons standards.
- Support daily backups, software updates, and maintain accurate IT asset inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing and software support.
- Assist in IT projects, upgrades, and training of team members on basic system usage.
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
- 1–2+ years of IT support experience; hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of networks, operating systems, and IT hardware.
- Proficiency in Windows, networking, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS, POS, back-office systems) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
