For our office in Dubai, we are looking for

IT Support Administrator - 100% (m/f)

The ideal candidate will possess a solid working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office 365 applications, along with a good understanding of networking concepts including LAN/WAN, switches, routers, and cabling. Experience with Fortinet/FortiGate firewalls is considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure workstations for new employees, including hardware, software, and network access
• .Troubleshoot and resolve common Microsoft product issues (Windows, Office 365, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.).
• Provide first-line support for IT-related issues (hardware, software, and connectivity).
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure regular updates and maintenance.
• Assist with user access management (password resets, account setup, etc.).
• Support and maintain local network infrastructure (basic troubleshooting, patching, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and data security standards.
  
  

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role.
• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, Fortinet NSE) is a plus
• Middle East Experience Not Required
