What You'll Do
Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently
Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper asset management
Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems
Collaborate with the IT team to enhance user experience
Document technical processes and update knowledge base
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or related field
Proficient in Arabic and English communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for technology
