Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the company.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any interruptions to ensure minimal downtime.
• Maintain and update internal IT systems, backups, and security protocols.
• Support the team with email setups, software installations, and system access.
• Document and track IT support requests and resolutions for future reference.
• Coordinate with external vendors for equipment servicing or software upgrades.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a logistics or service-oriented company.
• Proficient in Windows and networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, routers, firewalls).
• Familiar with data backup tools, antivirus software, and helpdesk systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
