IT Support Engineer

At Noorka Logistics, technology plays a vital role in ensuring efficient and seamless business operations. We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our Dubai office, responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and maintaining network and system performance. This role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering reliable IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and backup systems.
• Respond promptly to IT support requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with setting up new user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
• Maintain IT documentation, including troubleshooting guides and incident logs.
• Support IT security measures, updates, and regular system checks.
• Collaborate with vendors and external providers for system upgrades and repairs.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking.
• Familiarity with IT security practices and data backup systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT tasks efficiently.
