Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality of IT infrastructure.
• Respond to user queries promptly and deliver effective troubleshooting solutions.
• Support data backup and recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
• Manage network configurations and security protocols.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment maintenance and upgrades.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar IT role.
