ITAM / System Engineer

One of JobIn Clients is Seeking for a detail-driven and technically sharp ITAM / System Engineer to manage IT assets and support the stability, efficiency, and performance of our IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilitie :

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets (hardware, software, licenses) across organisation 

• Maintain and improve IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency

• Monitor and support infrastructure systems including servers, networks, and endpoint devices

• Collaborate with procurement and security teams to ensure all assets meet organizational standards

• Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

• Create and maintain documentation on asset inventories, configurations, and processes

• Solid hands-on experience with IT Asset Management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Flexera, Lansweeper)
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and networking fundamentals
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Familiarity with software licensing models, audit processes, and vendor compliance
• 2–4 years in IT systems engineering or asset management roles
• Strong scripting knowledge (PowerShell or Bash) for automation and reporting tasks
• Understanding of CMDB management, ITIL processes, and cybersecurity best practices
