Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and board-certified Consultant IVF to join a leading Hospital in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in assisted reproductive technologies (ART), including IVF, ICSI, and fertility preservation, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and board-certified Consultant IVF to join a leading Hospital in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in assisted reproductive technologies (ART), including IVF, ICSI, and fertility preservation, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive fertility assessments including history, imaging, hormonal profiling, and genetic testing
- Develop individualized treatment plans for ovulation induction, IUI, IVF/ICSI, and donor programs
- Perform and supervise procedures such as oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, hysteroscopy, and laparoscopy
- Counsel patients and couples on prognosis, success rates, risks, and emerging options (e.g., PGT-A/M, surrogacy)
- Collaborate with embryologists, andrology lab staff, and nursing teams to optimize lab protocols and clinical workflows
- Ensure strict adherence to ethical, regulatory, and quality standards
- Participate in clinical audits, CME activities, and fertility research initiatives
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialization in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Fellowship or subspecialty training in Reproductive Medicine / IVF
- Board certification (e.g., UK CCT, American Board, RCPSC, Facharzt)
- Minimum 5 years post-specialization experience in IVF and ART
- Eligible for DOH Consultant licensure (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi)
- Proven track record of successful IVF outcomes and patient satisfaction
- Strong communication, empathy, and cultural sensitivity
- Tax-free salary: AED 80,000–90,000/month (commensurate with experience)
