Role: Production Support Engineer
Skill: Java, Microservices, Springboot, Application support
Description
- Strong in Core Java/J2EE.
- Knowledge in Unix and Windows OS
- Working experience in Oracle including PL SQL.
- Experience in Functional specification and design documents.
- Knowledge in banking domain.
- Interested to work on Production Support and root cause investigations.
- Should be interested in finding the root cause and recommend actions for permanent fixes and possible workarounds.
- Ensure proactive methods for identifying issues.
- Proficient in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Review and Deployments.
- Practical experience with GraphQL.
- Well versed with CI/CD principles, and actively involved in solving, troubleshooting issues in distributed services ecosystem.
- Understanding of containerization, experienced in Dockers, Kubernetes.
- Exposed to API gateway integrations like 3Scale.
- Understanding of Single-Sign-on or token-based authentication (Rest, JWT, oAuth)
- Possess expert knowledge of task/message queues include but not limited to: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Pushpin, and Kafka
- Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
