About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Manager - Brand Creative, to join the Brand & Digital Marketing team in Jumeirah Group & Corporate. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Lead the development of emotionally resonant, on-brand creative storytelling across campaigns, content, and experiences, ensuring visual consistency and alignment with brand identity and strategy.
- Oversee the creation and rollout of creative assets globally, manage agency relationships, and ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Partner with internal departments (Marketing, PR, Digital, Commercial, etc.) to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all guest and stakeholder touchpoints.
- Translate brand strategy into high-impact creative concepts, contribute to evolving the brand’s visual direction, and identify new formats and trends to keep the brand forward-thinking.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, provide creative toolkits and training, and act as the main point of contact for creative queries and design activations at hotel level.
- Collaborate with internal teams across Jumeirah and external agencies, suppliers, and partners to deliver creative excellence and support key initiatives like property openings, partnerships, and global brand activations.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, Branding, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree and hospitality certifications are a plus.
- Strong conceptual thinker with a refined design aesthetic, excellent visual storytelling skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects from conception to execution, collaborating with cross-functional global teams and senior stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of brand strategy, development, measurement, and marketing, with experience in hospitality or related industries preferred.
- Effective communicator with strong presentation, writing, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; team-oriented with a can-do attitude and comfort in fast-paced, evolving environments.
