Our Abu Dhabi office is currently looking for Admin cum Finance Officer.
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Dispatch weekly booking to the Administration controller at HQ in Italy.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of prequalification documents and tender proposals.
- Act as a PRO, handling government-related documentation and processes.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions and administrative activities.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and government authorities as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the management team and participate in internal / external audits and inspections.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field or referenced experience.
- Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in a service center or similar environment.
- Familiarity with prequalification and tendering processes.
- Knowledge of UAE government procedures and PRO duties.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software, familiarity with SAP is aplus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Arabic language knowledge is a plus
