Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Operations:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.

• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports promptly.

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper cash flow management.

2. Financial Reporting:

• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.

• Support the preparation and filing of VAT returns while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.

• Compile and analyze financial data for budgeting and forecasting purposes.

3. Compliance & Audit Support:

• Provide documentation for internal and external audits.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE accounting standards.

4. Administrative Support:

• Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for financial documents.

5. Ad Hoc Duties:

• Assist senior accountants with special projects and financial analysis tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Odoo, QuickBooks, Tally, or similar tools).

• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Must be available to join immediately.
