Junior Accountant

Fika Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong foundation in accounting principles who is eager to grow in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and transactions.
• Prepare invoices, process payments, and reconcile accounts.
• Support in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Maintain ledgers, financial statements, and expense reports.
• Assist with tax filings and compliance with local regulations.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Support senior accountants with financial audits and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a consultancy firm.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
