Package: AED 10,000 - AED 12,000 / Month(depending on experience and potential)

Position Summary:

The Junior Accountant will play a pivotal role in our Dubai office, providing expert accounting and taxation services to our French-speaking clientele. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UAE taxation and a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and review financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

* Manage the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

* Handle all aspects of UAE and European taxation, including tax returns, compliance, and advisory services.

* Advise clients on tax planning strategies to minimize their tax liabilities.

* Assist with the preparation and submission of statutory financial reports.

* Reconcile bank accounts and prepare monthly bank statements.

* Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.

* Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

* Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive financial support.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

* French language proficiency (written and spoken) is essential

* Substantial experience in French taxation, preferably in a fiduciary or accounting firm

* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

* Attention to detail and accuracy

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
