As a Junior Accountant you will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial record keeping across various operations. Your role is pivotal in supporting the finance department by carrying out banking activities, cash deposits, customer account reconciliation, and VAT filing. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers and a commitment to maintaining the financial health of the company.

Assist in maintaining financial records and preparing financial reports

Support the senior accounting team in day-to-day accounting tasks

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions

Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow management

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data

Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes

Help with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by senior management

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Some experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate sector

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
