About the Role
We’re looking for a creative copywriter who is also data-curious — someone who loves writing persuasive, conversion-focused copy but also wants to understand the why behind performance.
This is not a traditional copy-only role. You’ll start by writing ads, emails, and landing page copy, but you’ll also get training in paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager), and performance tracking. Over time, you’ll grow into a hybrid marketer — combining the art of words with the science of ads and analytics.

This position is based in our Downtown Dubai office and is an immediate-hire role.
Responsibilities
- Ad Copywriting: Write persuasive, high-performing copy for ads across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Email & Landing Pages: Craft email sequences and landing page copy designed to convert.
- Creative Feedback: Review ad designs and messaging, providing input on what resonates best.
- Performance Curiosity: Learn how to analyse results (CTR, conversions, ROAS) and connect copy to outcomes.
- Training in Paid Ads: Receive structured training in campaign setup, management, and optimisation.
- Analytics Exposure: Learn Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for event setup and conversion tracking.
- Collaboration: Work closely with design and strategy teams to align creative with performance goals.
- Growth Path: Gradually transition from pure copywriting into digital marketing and account management.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience in copywriting (ads, landing pages, email, or social media).
- Agency experience strongly preferred.
- Strong interest in data and analytics — you’re data-curious and want to understand why campaigns succeed.
- Solid grasp of persuasive writing and storytelling for conversions.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
