About the Role:

As a Data Analyst, you will help shape data-driven decision-making across the business. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to analyze key metrics, develop clear and actionable reports, and generate insights using tools like Power BI. Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI (or similar tools)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and define key performance indicators
• Perform basic statistical analysis to support business strategy and performance tracking
• Clean, organize, and validate data from multiple sources for analysis and reporting
• Translate complex data into simple, visual narratives to support decision-making
• Continuously improve reporting processes and recommend automation opportunities
• Document analytical processes and maintain clear version control of reporting assets

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
• Solid understanding of basic statistics and analytical techniques
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, and formulas
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation
• Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Brownie points for:

• Familiarity with data modeling or ETL processes
• Knowledge of Power BI DAX formulas and measures
• Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Experience working in Agile teams using JIRA, Confluence, etc.
