How We Imagine You

As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will be key in supporting the financial planning and decision-making processes. You will analyse financial data, prepare reports, and contribute to budget forecasting, ensuring that our financial strategies align with company objectives.

Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be vital in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Duties:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with UAE financial regulations (e.g., VAT, IFRS).
  • Reconcile bank accounts and financial discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company financial policies, tax regulations, and local accounting standards.
  • Ensure timely disbursement and tax filings.
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns and ensure timely payment to authorities.
  • Assist with audits by providing necessary financial documentation.
  • Manage accounting software and databases, ensuring data accuracy and security.


General Administrative Duties

  • Assist with company registration, licensing, and renewals through the DMCC Portal.
  • Manage employee visa and residency applications.
  • Process payments for licensing and other services.


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or similar certification is a plus).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the UAE or the GCC region.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE VAT laws, accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
