What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Marketing Executive with a flair for creativity and strong foundational knowledge in digital and traditional marketing. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their skills across 360-degree marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support 360-Degree Marketing Initiatives: Assist in planning and executing integrated campaigns spanning print, digital, email, events, and social.
- Social Media Management: Manage and schedule posts, engage with the audience, and monitor performance across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Content Creation:
- Design visually engaging posts for social media.
- Assist in creating videos and reels for promotional use and brand storytelling.
- Contribute creative ideas for podcast topics, guest features, and reel formats.
- Email Marketing: Build and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and automations using tools like Zoho, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
- SEO: Manage SEO agency and have knowledge of keywords.
- CRM Usage: Manage and update customer data and use insights for campaign targeting and segmentation.
- Lead Management: Follow aggressively with sales team to make sure they are working on assigned leads and closing them.
- Tool Proficiency: Use a variety of marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) to create content, monitor campaigns, and analyze metrics.
Required Skills Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing.
- Understanding of 360-degree marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms and content formats (especially video and reels).
- Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM platforms.
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong creative thinking and a keen eye for design and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in podcast production or editing.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (using Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.).
- Familiarity with marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows.
