About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Junior Mixologist to join the Rockfish team in Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Identifies guest needs, provides personalized bar service, and recommends or upsells beverages to enhance the experience.
• Prepares cocktails and curated drinks based on recipes and outlet themes, including food and wine pairings.
• Supports bartenders and ensures smooth operations by assisting with service, setup, and guest interaction.
• Processes all drink transactions accurately and maintains attractive, well-organized bar displays.
• Conducts bar opening, closing, cleaning, inventory, and ensures hygiene and stock control, including expiry checks.
• Follows alcohol service policies, handles guest inquiries, supports team goals, and complies with all SOPs and HACCP standards.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• One or two years of experience in the same role with a strong F&B background in a 5-star luxury property or a standalone/branded restaurant.
• Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages are desirable).
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
• Expert in Wine, Spirits & Cocktails.
