Key Skills
- Understanding of networking concepts such as DHCP, DNS, VLAN, IGMP, Multicast, …
- Customer-oriented approach with good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Linux command line.
- Basic proficiency in network switches configuration.
- First-level technical support for IPTV and network services.
- Provide clear guidance and support to technical and non-technical users.
- Uphold high customer satisfaction through professional client interactions.
- Collaboration with senior engineers for complex issues resolution
- Experience in Hospitality sector would be desirable.
- Experience in IPTV systems would be desirable
