Duties & Responsibilities
- Analysis of processes under management and updating their status in the computer system;
- Identification and implementation of the most appropriate resolution strategy for each process;
- Making telephone and in-person contacts with debtors in these processes;
- Negotiation and preparation of extrajudicial payment agreements;
- Ensure compliance with the objectives previously defined in the business plan.
Job Experience
- Educational Qualifications:
12th year or Degree in Management
- Experience:
o Experience in Credit Recovery/Collection Management in asset management companies or litigation departments of credit institutions;
