Support on day-to-day task organization (Print, Digital & Talents) across all categories Develop relationships with influencers
- E-news communication on launches
- Develop sample rotation schedule and plan with PR Executive across all categories for influencers
- Support on sample rotation schedule execution for talents
- Support on image requests (Print & Digital) across all categories
- Closely manage weekly reports & dedicated reports (Print & Digital) with PR Intern across all categories
- Oversee sample rotations, send outs and returns across all categories locally and in the region
- Work on all related matters for Coupa & supplier creation forms
- Oversee stock management on daily basis across all categories
- Oversee and manage Showroom, samples rotations and samples send outs and returns (Print & Digital) Additional information
- Master samples management across Fashion GPS and all relevant files on all categories while overseeing
- Weekly showroom stockcount of current collections
- Full showroom stockount (past & current collections)
- International shoots across all categories
- Oversee local shoots (Print & Digital)
- Monitoring competition activity and work on various competitors reports
- Support on event organizations (local & international)
