As a Project Engineer at Siemens Energy, you will support the overall project manager in executing complex power transmission projects, targeting candidates with a strong engineering background and project management skills. How You’ll Make An Impact

• Lead complex power transmission projects, encompassing diverse EPC scopes including Engineering, Procurement, and Construction.
• Coach and enable team performance through skilled execution of high voltage transmission substations.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of all internal and external contractual obligations, materials, and services.
• Implement and maintain process, quality, and EHS requirements to uphold project standards.
• Manage opportunities and risks by identifying, evaluating, and controlling measures with regular updates.
• Collaborate with assigned personnel to achieve project targets effectively and efficiently.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• A strong technical education and engineering background, essential for project execution.
• Proficiency in practical project management, with active involvement in leadership roles.
• Basic knowledge of high voltage substation business and systems, crucial for project success.
• Qualifications to execute high voltage substation projects within UAE’s main transmission utilities, such as TRANSCO and DEWA.
• Experience in handling projects with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
• Ability to evaluate and assess project co-workers’ skills and potential, contributing to the performance management process.
