What you'll be doing:
We are looking for a passionate and curious Junior UI/UX Designer to join our growing design team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving design challenges, stays updated with the latest UX trends and AI tools and is eager to grow in a collaborative environment.
Lack of experience is not a limitation, provided the candidate possesses the capability and openness to learn and adapt.

Functional/Technical Competencies:
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design.
A unique design process that demonstrates problem-solving and creativity.
Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems.
Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Uizard, Galileo AI, etc.) to streamline design tasks.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A growth mindset, open to feedback, eager to learn, and excited to evolve.
Portfolio showcasing design work and thought process (personal projects).
Experience with user research and data-driven design.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
Passion for emerging tech and design innovation.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in design, Human computer interaction, Computer Science or a related field, or alternatively, professional training in UI/UX design.
Experience:
Total 6 years of experience in UI/UX Design
