Junior VIP Account Manager

We’re currently seeking charismatic individuals to join our team as Junior VIP Account Managers. This is a full-time position based at our office in Dubai (not remote), Monday to Friday from 7/8am to 4/5pm GMT+4.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build and maintain relationships with high-value players, serving as their main point of contact for all inquiries, requests, and escalations. Using different channels: phone, telegram, email.
• Understand the preferences, playing habits, and needs of VIP players to deliver personalized service tailored to their individual preferences.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance player retention and loyalty, including creating exclusive offers, promotions, and events for VIP players.

The Ideal Candidate has:

• Proven experience in an account manager/ account executive/ sales rep/ customer support agent or similar roles.
• Excelent communication skills in English - C2 , both written and verbal.
• iGaming experience is a strong plus.
• Friendly attitude with relationship-building skills to foster positive and lasting partnerships.
