About The Role
We are seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) for Enterprise and Mission Critical Networks UAE to join our Customer Unit Gulf team. Reporting to the Head of CU Gulf, you will identify opportunities, drive sales, and strengthen Ericsson’s market leadership across Public Safety, Railways, Utilities, and Defense.

About The Role
We are seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) for Enterprise and Mission Critical Networks UAE to join our Customer Unit Gulf team. Reporting to the Head of CU Gulf, you will identify opportunities, drive sales, and strengthen Ericsson’s market leadership across Public Safety, Railways, Utilities, and Defense.
Key Responsibilities
- Position Ericsson as a technology and thought leader while driving profitable sales.
- Identify and secure business opportunities across Enterprise and Mission Critical Networks.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term growth.
- Apply effective Go-to-Market and competitive commercial models.
- Lead the KAM team with integrity and ensure excellence in customer delivery.
- Drive negotiations in public and private procurement scenarios.
- Leverage market trends to reinforce Ericsson’s leadership in targeted segments.
- Manage sales performance, including orders booked, net sales, profitability, and working capital.
- Gain deep customer insight to provide tailored and value-driven solutions.
- Coordinate sales engagements across the UAE in alignment with the EMEA MCN Business Development team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless strategy execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in key account management within the ICT industry, ideally in Mission Critical Networks.
- Strong understanding of Public Safety, Railways, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Ports, Mining, and Defense.
- Ability to build and sustain strategic customer relationships.
- Strong consultative selling skills and commercial acumen.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and diverse environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of successful experience selling into key verticals such as Public Safety, Railways, Utilities, and Defense.
