Your Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Junior Key Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team at our subsidiary in Dubai. The incumbent will be responsible for consistently delivering exceptional results, providing the highest standard of customer service, and always striving for excellence.


How you will contribute

  • Assist in shaping and advancing company and brand strategies within your respective markets, with a special focus on Saudi Arabia and flagship stores across the region.
  • Collaborate with our Saudi-based distributor, ensuring complete alignment on overall objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Guarantee effective store visit planning in line with the targets defined by the organization and line-manager.
  • Cultivate authentic relationships and collaborations with our customers and their teams, serving as the primary point of contact and ambassador for your organization.
  • Continuously conduct training sessions and in-store coaching to provide guidance on product features, and communication strategies for collection launches and exclusive projects.
  • Provide prompt, effective communication from accounts/stores to management team on store needs (e.g. market feedback, assortment, customer feedback, stock levels etc.)
  • Build and maintain partnership with key account associates and management leaders to maximize business potential through in-store team efforts.
  • Ensure merchandising standards are met, maintained and in accordance with Company guidelines.
  • Research and target new customers, new doors, and in-store positioning aligned with our brand guidelines.Assist the Trade Marketing team in, determining POS material requirements, ensuring proper usage of trade tools, and executing marketing initiatives.


Who you are:

  • University Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience level 2-4 years in Sales/B2B/Retail/Travel Retail.
  • Available to travel up to 80% to 90% of time (with a focus on Saudi Arabia).
  • Experience within fashion, luxury, cosmetics, consumer goods environments, or optical industry is preferred.
  • Proven track record of growing sales and building door distribution.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, reliable and able to work well under pressure
  • Perfect level of English and Arabic. Another language will be considered a plus
  • Valid driver license
