Your Role

Job description

§ Develop and maintain proactively a close relationship with all Oil and Gas end customers, users, consultants and contractors / EPCs in the assigned region
§ Promote the entire Atlas Copco’s portfolio of products and engineered systems within the Oil and Gas and coordinate with the respective product companies/ systems groups for the quoted packages
§ Ensure registration of our products with the Oil and Gas end users in the region is updated at all times
§ Participate in tenders, proposals from Feed to Execution phase with local proposal and Airpower proposals team for firm jobs with local proposal engineer. Must be able with support from Airpower product companies to have clarity of scope of supply and technical compliance. Negotiate contracts to obtain favorable commercial terms for Atlas Copco
§ Arrange Lunch & Learn sessions on a regular basis with the Consultants, EPC contractors and end users to propagate our business philosophy, preferred technology scope and specifications.
§ Must have a clear understanding of competitors activities / capabilities and developments which should support strategies going forward
§ Develop a detailed installed base of equipment with end users and stimulate replacement opportunities.
§ Maintain a full record of all installations of compressed air and gas systems, gas purifications and treatment systems in the Energy and Petrochemical sector.
§ Work very closely with the systems group, marketing & CTS to ensure timely completion of contracts to customer expectations.
§ Consistent C4S implementation of all sales and marketing activities to ensure accurate market information and customer database.
§ This functions reports to the Business Line Manager – Energy & Petrochemical

To succeed, you will need


University Degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical
Minimum 5 years’ experience with the Energy and Petrochemical sector
Multi-cultural and/or International Experience is a plus
Good command (verbal and written) of English
Good presentation skills
Familiarity with API/ISO standards and typical contractors / Energy and Petrochemical companies and engineering specifications
Familiarity and experience to deal and negotiate commercial terms and conditions
Extensive technical and engineering background
