Salary AED 5000 + food + company accommodation + trans + standard benefits as per UAE law

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Khaleeji dishes to the highest standard

• Ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance with established recipes and specifications

• Ensure all dishes are presented in an attractive and appetizing manner

• Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working order

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Monitor food stock and place orders with suppliers as needed

• Ensure all food safety regulations are followed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Khaleeji cook

• Knowledge of traditional Khaleeji dishes and ingredients

• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures

• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Great attention to detail and creativity

• High school diploma; culinary school diploma is a plus

• Ability to work in a team

• Flexible schedule
