A Kids Club Attendant is responsible for ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging experience for children while delivering exceptional service to guests. This role focuses on supervising children within the Kids Club, supporting age-appropriate activities, and providing parents and guardians with a warm, welcoming, and reassuring experience. Child safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction are paramount to this role.

What will I be doing?

As a Kids Club Attendant, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting children and parents immediately with a warm, friendly, and professional welcome

• Supervising children at all times to ensure their safety and wellbeing

• Assisting with and leading age-appropriate games, activities, and creative programs

• Responding promptly and courteously to parent and guest requests, comments, and concerns

• Ensuring children are checked in and out according to Kids Club procedures and confirming guest registration

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area, including toys, activity stations, and common spaces

• Monitoring and managing Kids Club supplies and equipment to minimize loss or damage

• Enforcing Kids Club rules and safety guidelines consistently and positively

• Creating a fun, inclusive, and nurturing environment that reflects the hotel’s service standards

What are we looking for?

A Kids Club Attendant serving Hilton Brand Hotels is always working on behalf of our Guests and in collaboration with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the following attitude, behaviours, skills, and values:

• High School Graduate or equivalent required

• Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance

• Intermediate English language skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• A friendly, patient, and enthusiastic personality with a genuine interest in working with children

• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to safety

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Previous experience working with children (Kids Club, childcare, camps, schools, or similar)

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience

• Knowledge of child safety practices (CPR/First Aid certification is an advantage)
