L1 IT Systems Engineer

One of JobIn Clients is Looking for a tech-savvy L1 IT Systems Engineer who’s passionate about solving technical issues, supporting end users, and keeping systems running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career who wants to grow their technical skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilitie:
• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Monitor system alerts and escalate issues to L2/L3 support as needed
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups
• Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Support Office 365, Windows OS, and basic network troubleshooting
• Maintain IT documentation, ticket logs, and asset inventories
• Assist with user account management (Active Directory, email, etc.)
• Deliver outstanding customer service to internal users
Skills- Basic understanding of networking (IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management (ITSM) tools
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and basic Active Directory use
- Ability to diagnose and resolve common hardware/software issues
- 0–2 years of IT support or system administration experience
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals, or similar are a plus
- Exposure to remote desktop tools, antivirus software, and patch management
