Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop visually appealing, responsive, and high-performing landing pages.
  • Optimize landing pages for conversion rates, user engagement, and SEO.
  • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align designs with brand identity and campaign goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to improve page effectiveness.
  • Ensure a seamless user experience across different devices and browsers.
  • Use UX/UI best practices to enhance usability and design aesthetics.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and web technologies.

Skills & Qualification

  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for implementing designs.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion optimization techniques.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and data-driven design improvements.
  • Familiarity with website builders like Webflow, WordPress, or Unbounce (preferred).
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in landing page design, UI/UX design, or web design.
  • Experience in designing pages for marketing campaigns, lead generation, or e-commerce is a plus.
