Key Responsibilities:
Design & Planning
Ability to commute/relocate:
Design & Planning
- Prepare and develop landscape designs, working drawings, 2D/3D visuals, and construction details.
- Create and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submittals.
- Use design software such as AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp, and 3D Max to visualize and present landscape concepts.
- Oversee site works, including hardscape, softscape, and irrigation system installation.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant regulations.
- Monitor progress and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Liaise between design teams, project managers, and site teams to ensure alignment of work.
- Participate in project meetings and update stakeholders on progress and issues.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- What is your notice period?
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- landscape engineer/architect: 3 years (Preferred)
- Abu Dhabi (Required)
