As a Laundry Supervisor, you will oversee and manage the laundry operations, ensuring the efficient and timely processing of all linens, uniforms, and guest laundry. Your role involves supervising the laundry team, maintaining laundry equipment, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

- Supervise the laundry team, including laundry attendants and technicians.
- Ensure the timely and efficient processing of linens, uniforms, and guest laundry.
- Uphold the highest standards of laundry cleanliness and quality.
- Manage laundry schedules to meet daily operational needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate laundry requirements.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of laundry equipment and machinery.
- Enforce laundry policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Assist in managing laundry inventory, including linen and uniform stock levels.
- Contribute to laundry budgeting, cost control, and procurement of supplies.
- Train and mentor the laundry team, promoting efficiency and attention to detail.
- Maintain records and reports related to laundry operations.
- Address guest and colleague laundry inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Participate in special laundry projects and initiatives.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
- Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
