As a Lawyer at Lakhraim Group, you will play a vital role in the legal team, providing expert legal counsel and support across various business functions. Your primary responsibilities include managing legal matters related to contracts, compliance, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation. You will collaborate closely with internal departments to provide legal guidance, oversee legal processes, and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal counsel to internal stakeholders, including executive management, on compliance, risk mitigation, and regulatory matters.
  • Support the General Counsel in executing the company’s legal strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry regulations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including vendor agreements, partnership agreements, licensing, and service contracts.
  • Develop and maintain contract templates to streamline legal documentation and enhance consistency.
  • Oversee contract lifecycle management, ensuring timely renewals, amendments, and compliance with agreed terms.
  • Identify potential legal risks within the organization and propose effective mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs and internal policies to manage legal and regulatory risks.
  • Conduct periodic legal audits and assessments to ensure regulatory compliance and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Manage pre-litigation and litigation matters, coordinating with external counsel and representing the company when required.
  • Support dispute resolution efforts, including mediation and arbitration, to protect the company’s interests while minimizing costs.
  • Develop efficient processes for handling disputes, claims, and legal investigations.
  • Assist with corporate governance matters, including compliance with governance policies, corporate structure updates, and shareholder communications.
  • Draft and maintain corporate documents such as resolutions, board minutes, and regulatory filings, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR, and operations, to provide legal guidance on interdepartmental projects.
