What You Will Do
- Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards
- Excellent knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drinks.
- Ensure that all staff are aware of, and are undertaking their responsibilities to the best of their ability.
- Maintain and update all training manuals as appropriate: Pick chart, Spirit knowledge etc.
- Monitor established par levels and adjust them as required, including glassware.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role within 5* luxury Hotel.
- Experience working within well-known stand-alone Bar/Restaurant.
- Creativity and efficiency.
- Excellent beverage knowledge.
