Azizi Venice is planned to welcome over 30,000 visitors daily and Azizi Opera will become one of the most notable venues for high-caliber events in the emirate.As Lead Concept Architect reporting to Head of Concept-Residential working from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in DubaiAs a Lead Concept Architect, you will spearhead the design and development of innovative architectural concepts, guiding projects from initial vision to detailed execution. Your role involves collaborating closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to translate creative ideas into tangible architectural solutions that meet functional and aesthetic requirements.Job ResponsibilitiesLead the conceptual design phase, developing visionary ideas and strategies.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into compelling architectural concepts.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure cohesive project development.Oversee the creation of detailed architectural drawings and models.Stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative technologies and environmental practices into designs.Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and design staff.Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final designs.Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar rendering software. Develop and present architectural concepts and designs through detailed 3D models and renderings. Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.Experience:Minimum 10-15 YearsComputer and software proficiency:Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar rendering software.
