We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Construction Engineer to oversee and manage site construction activities during the EPC phase of a major oil and gas development. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and coordination skills to ensure safe, timely, and quality execution of multidisciplinary construction works.

- Lead and supervise site construction activities across various disciplines.
- Ensure work is carried out in compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and subcontractors for seamless site execution.
- Resolve site-level technical and construction issues effectively and promptly.
- Monitor daily progress and provide accurate reports to project management.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE regulations and company quality standards.
- Support mechanical completion and handover processes, including pre-commissioning readiness.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 18 years of construction experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Proven track record in site-based roles during EPC phases.
- Strong understanding of international construction standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and contractors in a fast-paced site environment.
