Job Description

Responsibilities:

Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects within target industries and markets.
Use various channels, including email, social media, and online networking platforms, to reach out to prospects and initiate contact.
Develop and implement lead generation strategies and campaigns to attract new clients and customers.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize them for follow-up by the sales team.
Build and maintain a database of leads and prospect information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts and achieve business objectives.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to lead generation activities and campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices in lead generation and sales prospecting.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in lead generation, sales prospecting, or a similar role is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
Excellent research and analytical abilities, with attention to detail.
Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and lead generation tools.
Familiarity with social media platforms and online networking techniques for lead generation.
