Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the ears, nose, throat, and related structures in pediatric patients.
• Perform surgeries and procedures such as adenoidectomy, tonsillectomy, and myringotomy on pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with other medical specialists, nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans.
• Explain diagnoses and treatments to patients and their families in a clear and understandable manner.
• Keep accurate and detailed patient records and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Stay updated with the latest research and developments in the field of Pediatric ENT and incorporate them into your practice.
• Participate in research and educational activities to advance the field and share your knowledge with colleagues.
  
  

Requirements

• Valid medical degree and relevant post-graduate qualifications in ENT.
• Proven experience working with pediatric patients, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a consultant.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• An empathetic and compassionate approach towards patients and their families.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• The candidate must have received Western training or education.
