This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SP3D Designer - Instrumentation with a proven track record in developing and optimizing process designs, ensuring efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance, while collaborating with engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions for complex projects for a high profile-client.

The Key Objectives For This Role Are

• Develop efficient and sustainable infrastructure and systems tailored to operational needs and site-specific challenges
• Ensure that all designs adhere to local and international safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Plan technical solutions that maximize resource utilization while minimizing production costs
• Incorporate the latest technologies and digital tools to enhance performance and reduce risks
  
  

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Preparation of all types of instrumentation design drawings and deliverables such as Block Flow Diagrams, PFDs, P&IDs, line list, valve list etc. based on client standards/practices
• Produce Instrumentation drawings as per Client standards using of AutoCAD, MicroStation, Smart plant P&ID, Aveva P&ID etc
• Carry out assigned instrumentation design work as part of a multi-discipline project team
• Develop instrumentation drawings based on inputs provided by lead designers and engineers
• To provide discipline specific design and drafting services that meet the Project’s, and applicable statutory and regulatory, requirements
• To provide technical support to the site team during design, engineering and construction
• To assist in the coordination of all activities related to the discipline

Expected

• Diploma in Instrumentation and Control Engineering (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 15 years relevant experience in an engineering organization as process designer
• Proficient with computer-aided design and drafting (AutoCAD, MicroStation, AVEVA P&ID, Smartplant P&ID) softwares.
• Previous Onshore Oil and Gas related process design experience
• Experience of working with multi-national and multi-cultural project teams is strongly preferred
