Job Purpose
This role is responsible for leading business development efforts for CPX’s physical security portfolio, including surveillance, access control, perimeter defence, integrated command centres, and converged security solutions. The Lead Specialist will work across sectors such as critical infrastructure, government, transport, and enterprise to position CPX as a trusted security partner.

- Identify and pursue physical security opportunities with existing and new clients across UAE and international markets
- Engage senior stakeholders in facilities, security operations, and government entities to understand security needs
- Collaborate with presales and solution architects to design integrated physical and cyber security offerings
- Own the full business development lifecycle – from lead generation and qualification to proposal and deal closure
- Track market trends in smart cities, safe city initiatives, surveillance tech, and integrated security platforms
- Work closely with delivery teams and partners to ensure feasibility and alignment of solutions
- Develop account plans and maintain accurate forecasting and reporting in CRM systems

Job Specifications
Skills/Certifications (Technical & Non-Technical)
- Knowledge of surveillance, access control, PSIM, ACS, and integrated command/control center technologies
- Proven experience selling to government, defence, critical infrastructure, or large enterprise clients
- Strong ability to bridge physical and cyber security narratives where needed
- Commercially driven with strong client-facing and proposal development skills
- Background working with physical security integrators or OEMs
- Regional experience in GCC countries
- Understanding of converged threat models (cyber + physical)
- 7+ years of experience in physical security, smart city solutions, or integrated security system sales
- Bachelors in any field
