Lead Technical Architect

Our portfolio spans across Dubai’s prime residential and commercial destinations, showcasing our commitment to transparency, customer centricity, quality, integrity and adding value through a construction-driven approach.With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world), Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice - Dubai’s new luxurious Venetian-inspired waterfront community, we are rapidly expanding our capabilities in our Design 360 Studio, where our team seamlessly integrate Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape, Interiors and Supervision to deliver a variety of innovative and value driven real estate assets.As a Lead Technical Architect reporting into the Head of DMT - Residential working from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai, you will have the opportunity to manage a team of senior and junior architects, BIM operators, manage coordination, quality control of overall architectural technical design packages, and ensuring successful final delivery within scheduled milestones as per Azizi Developments standards and requirements.Responsibilities includeLead, manage and direct the assigned architectural team (Internal/external), providing clear guidance, feedback, and support.Plan and implement architectural package delivery strategy and staying up to date with industry trends.Manage and delegate responsibilities to senior, junior and BIM team members and provide clear direction/instructions.Present architectural design delivery progress, status and weekly/monthly reports to line manager.Ensure all project packages are completed within scheduled timelines and as per Azizi Developments Standards.Manage and oversee the architectural design production delivery, QAQC review with all internal/external disciplines, Authority Submissions and marketing packages.Collaborate and ensure coordination with cross-functional teams like specialists, sub consultants, procurement and Azizi sales departments.Maintaining a positive attitude, working environment and continuous team encouragement.Maintain effective Architectural Design delivery and quality control.Working closely with Line manager to understand the projects’ design brief and objectives.Manage and review all technical design packages developed by all in house disciplines and external Sub consultants.Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement & marketing, to integrate/meet project functional and sales requirements.Ensure that all design packages are quality controlled and meet Azizi Developments standards.Manage and handle daily team issues and report any potential delays to line manager in a timely manner.Maintain clear communication with the line manager, design delivery team and stakeholders to review progress and manage expectations.Contribute to team development and mentoring to foster a creative and efficient design delivery environment.

Here's what you'll needBachelor of Science (M.Sc. Science preferred) in ArchitectureShould have experience in project design delivery, technical design knowledge, material specifications & Construction methodsShould have hands-on experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/etc.), AutoCAD, Revit, BIM Management, Knowledge in Adobe Creative suite.
