We are seeking experienced professionals to join the advisory board of an innovative leadership and immersive training company that is expanding into the UAE market. This company specializes in VR, AI, and simulation-based corporate training, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact programs across Europe.
As part of its strategic growth, the company aims to scale globally, secure key partnerships, and develop cutting-edge training solutions for corporate clients.
Key Focus Areas
Leadership training workshops
Virtual reality simulations for corporate training
AI-powered digital learning solutions
Analytical tools for employee and cultural audits
Licensing of training products for scalability
Growth & Expansion Goals
1-Year Goals
Enter the UAE market and secure 10 corporate clients
Establish partnerships with regional business enablers
Participate in major HR and tech expos (e.g., Gitex, HRSE Dubai, Web Summit)
Develop 2 new immersive training products
Finalize business registration in the UAE
3-Year Goals
Expand to 30+ corporate clients
Form 14+ strategic partnerships with VR/AI developers
Develop 12+ new immersive learning products
Establish brand presence as a global leader in leadership training
5-Year Goals
Create a self-service marketplace for AI/VR training solutions
